Atomix Watches

Chaney Instrument's line of wristwatches not only come complete with stopwatch, alarm, day/date, dual time zone display or combinations of such features on different models; they're "atomic." Dubbed "Atomix Watches," each contains an onboard radio receiver that allows them to harmonize with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) atomic clocks in Fort Collins, Colorado. As such, these watches boast such total synchronicity with America’s definitive timepiece that one could practically launch a Space Shuttle by them--or ring the lunch bell at NASA, at least. They even automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time.

Alas, while they keep magnificently accurate time to the nanosecond automatically (within the continental US, which is also most of Canada, but not some Maritime Provinces and not other Maritime Provinces during daylight savings time, which seems as silly as it is confusing), Atomix Watches eliminate many good excuses for being late.
