Thera Pocket PC

If you've been waiting for all those rapid technological advances to settle down and actually provide something that does everything, here you go: The Thera Pocket PC from Audiovox, a multi-talented PDA/handheld-computer, cellular phone (with speaker phone or headset), MP3-player, web-browser, text-messenger, digital voice recorder and e-book reader all in one.

As a Windows Pocket PC device, the Thera boasts all the data, voice and productivity features you'd expect as well as some cutting edge, rapidly adopted networking functions. It connects through both conventional cell phone networks as well as the emerging CDMA2000 1X technology, an "always-on" connection that allows for data transfer at 2 - 10 times the current standard.

The service is available through most the leading carriers in the US and Canada with fees charged for bandwidth usage rather than a per-minute rate.
